Music: The Used will forever be my favorite band. My Chemical Romance. NOFX. Bouncing Souls. Misfits. Taking Back Sunday. Daft Punk. Skrillex. Interpol. Black Flag. The Descendents. The Offspring. Marilyn Manson. All Time Low. Jack Johnson. Pretty much everything except for country, Johnny Cash is my only exception. I rarely like female voices.

Movies: Amityville Horror. Superbad. Friday the 13th. Super Troopers. Everything with Will Ferrell and Adam Sandler. Ten Inch Hero. Requiem for a Dream. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Harold & Kumar. Pineapple Express. Never Let Me Go.

Books: Beloved. The Thirteenth Tale. Anything by Augusten Burroughs or Oscar Wilde. Macbeth. I don’t really like fantasy, so I’m one of the few who never got into Harry Potter. 

Television: Supernatural. Bones. Dexter. How I Met Your Mother. Family Guy. Archer. American Horror Story. I love Discovery Health and the History channel. 

I smoke. I drink. I occasionally do drugs. I don’t know what I want to do with my life, but it will involve medicine somehow. I’m awkward and shy and introverted, but I still like meeting new people. Like everyone else out there, I’ve been through a lot in my life, so don’t be too quick to judge. I’m sexual but afraid of commitment. I’d rather be friends with benefits than deal with a relationship. My biggest fears include needles, thunder, and being forgotten. I realize that none of this is original, but it’s me. The two single most important people to me are my brother and my best friend. I never have and probably never will get along with my parents. I don’t have any mind-blowing talent to set me apart from the rest. I’m terribly average.

I like making out. Lips are probably my favorite physical feature on any boy or girl. I’d rather give head than receive it. Nice guys and bad girls turn me on. I have not come out to my parents yet, nor do I intend to unless I am 100% sure I’m marrying a girl. I do not care if you are homophobic. What is and is not within your comfort zone is up to you and I am never going to try and change that. Just don’t be a dick about it. It is your right to accept me or reject me but you do not get to be an asshole to me.

I am a Republican, but open-minded. Socially liberal but economically conservative. I stand by my choice, but you are more than welcome to debate politics with me. I love hearing other sides.

What I want: a beautiful long-term relationship with someone that lasts until the day we die where we’re both hopelessly in love with each other until the very end

Reality: I’m afraid of commitment and long-term anything so I instead turn to friends-with-benefits and anything that doesn’t involve emotional ties
